Our 2-day Coaching Skills building program designed to provide effective and pragmatic Coaching tools to develop great leaders, inspire creative thinking, and empower your workforce to deliver excellence.
What Will I Learn?
- Distinctions between a consultant, mentor, therapist and coach
- The benefits of coaching and how to be a coach
- The critical elements of a 7 step “Effective Coaching Model©,” and how to make the model work for you & if applicable, your teams
- Core competencies to be a powerful and effective coach
- Uncovering the coaching style that best suits your unique personality.
- We will introduce you to a powerful awareness building coaching tool called the True Tilt©. Learn more about our Tilt 365® programs here.
- We will take each participant through practical, experiential coaching exercises to reinforce the concepts you will learn.
- On day 2, we will introduce advanced coaching skills, including how: Emotional Intelligence is foundational to being a great coach, leader and increasing Employee Engagement and get best Results.
- You will receive a ‘tool chest’ of coaching tools presented in a multi-media so you remember to use these tools during your coaching conversations at home and at work.
- Participants will apply new coaching skills learned in class using “a case study” or challenge over both days to experience new coaching tools to get a fresh perspective, solutions and results.
- We will have a roundtable discussion on questions you have about the coaching process.
- All coaching skills are modeled by one or more seasoned master level coach facilitators
- A book, workbook and handouts for you to reference
- Resources for Participants to consult after the 2 Days is complete
- A network of new ‘coaches’ for Participants to stay in touch with and use as sounding boards, after class! (Optional)

How Is The Information Presented?
Once a participant enrolls, our program starts even before they attend with relevant ‘pre-work’ assigned. They receive quick assignments to reflect, benchmark and set goals on: how Participant rates themselves as a coach and define what positive growth they’d like to see.
We show powerful films, provide relevant experiential exercises, handouts and much more to make the learning experience inspiring, rich, and meaningful.
We provide Participants with the opportunity to practice coaching skills, discuss real-life coaching situations and ask questions that relate to specific individual, team or corporate unique circumstances and current organizational structure.
Our Coaching Program gives Participants the key skills necessary to develop individuals, leaders & teams to be more effective in today’s fast-paced and complex business environment. It is also an effective life tool. Our Coaching framework is so simple, it can be implemented immediately.

Tuition Details
Your tuition includes pre-work assessments, Tuition for 2 Days, an Individual True Tilt© 20+ page report; 2 (optional) post training, 1 hour, tele-coaching sessions with a facilitator, 1 Workbook, 1 Notebook, 1 Book, a Continental breakfast each day to promote networking and refreshments & snacks each day. Tuition does not include air or ground transportation, meals (outside of breakfast), or hotel accommodations. Participants will receive a signed certificate of completion at the end of the second day that they can apply towards learning credits or respective certifications.

You will received a pre-work package along with your confirmation with assignments to be completed prior to the program.
Registration is limited to 18 people.
All requests to transfer, reschedule or cancel any public service listed on this page can be sent to: info@coachpeople.com. We will gladly transfer or refund based on following schedule. All transfer or cancellation requests, will incur a $150.00* administrative fee. Cancellation fee is based on the number of weeks prior to the start date of the service you or your firm is enrolled in. We use the date when your e-mail request is received at our office in ET standard time between 8-6 PM ET (NYC time zone.) Cancellations received within more than 4 weeks, prior to scheduled event, you or your firm is registered in, will only incur a 20% fee of total service cost you’re registered in plus administrative fee*, the remaining prepaid tuition can be applied to another service, transferred to another program listed within current calendar year or can be refunded, after fees are applied. All cancellations received 3-4 weeks prior to scheduled service date will incur a 50% service fee of total service plus administrative fee. Service fee cannot be refunded or transferred if cancellation is received within 1-2 weeks of the event you’re registered in as we still have to pay hotel for your confirmed attendance and materials we’ve ordered etc. Teleclasses and Webinars Transfer and Cancellation Policy: Please send all requests via e-mail to info@coachpeople.com. Transfer or cancellation requests for tele-classes and webinars will incur a $50.00 administrative fee. If Coach People Inc.® cancels any public scheduled event you are enrolled in, we will notify you asap via the e-mail you’ve provided and will refund you 100% of any Tuition/Materials fees we’ve collected from you or your firm (we do not refund any airfare, hotels, etc.) We therefore suggest any participant who travels to any of our events: books flights or hotels where you can change your reservations without penalties.) We will gladly transfer or refund 100% of your prepaid tuition if Coach People Inc.® cancels or reschedules any event at no additional cost. Gift Certificates: are transferable towards another individual or can be applied towards another service in current calendar year for a $ 75.00 transfer fee. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Cancellation fee for: 1:1 executive coaching services and private events, please see your services agreement. Coach People Inc.® reserves the right to change training dates or cancel training dates, at any time. In the unlikely event this should happen, any prepaid amounts will be refunded within 30 business days of the cancellation date located on e-mail or if the participant requests to transfer that tuition to another training at a later date, will immediately apply the remaining amount towards any of our services within the current calendar year.
